Nike has announced their bringing back their monochromatic, special edition Nike Zoom DK QS Double Tongue Snowboarding Boots to help spotlight a pro rider’s return to snowboarding’s silver screen. These boosts will definitely add some bite to your snowboarding experience, as they feature a viciously sharp toothed shark face. Become the king of the mountain all day and all season long, and intimidate your competitors with boots inspired from classic American aviation. The design originates from the theme of classic fighter pilots, and features a bold shark graphic on the sides and toe box, and silver metallic rivet graphics. You’ll also find an over-sized Nike swoosh symbol running across the side to give them an edgier appearance. Developed in coordination with Danny Kass, you’ll find they have an uncommon double tongue system, which makes them stand out from the first Nike Zoom Force 1 boot produced. The double tongue system not only works to keep snow out, but it also functions to keep your boots secure when you doing stunts or hitting jumps.
In addition to the Zoom DK QS Shark Face Snowboarding Boots, Nike also plans to release the special edition Nike DK Van Patten Men’s Jacket to complement each other. The insulated cold-weather jacket, will feature durable Storm-FIT fabric, and is said to have stunning graphics similar to the boots. Both products will be available for sale in November, with the boots retailing for $350 and the jacket going for $320.
