Marvel Drops New ‘Black Widow’ Trailer
Remember Black Widow? That Marvel spin-off that’s been talked about for over a decade and was meant to hit theaters last year? Well, if you need a little reminding, Marvel is here for you with a new trailer ahead of the film’s July release.
This new trailer sheds more light on what fans can expect from this part-origin, part-action adventure flick. Featuring a heap of new footage and a voice-over by Natasha Romanoff, the trailer delves into Black Widow’s past as a spy as she tries to come to terms with who she is now. It’s full of great action and set pieces and offers a greater glimpse of villain Taskmaster.
Although Black Widow has been delayed three times, Marvel and Disney promise the film is coming this July. Along with Scarlett Johansson as Romanoff, the film also stars Florence Pugh as Yelena Bolova (Black Widow), David Harbour as Alexei Shostakov (Red Guardian), and O-T Fagbenie as Rick Mason.
Black Widow is set for release in theatres and on Disney+ July 9.
