Here Are the 50 Best Restaurants in Asia
Although it might be a while before any outsiders are able to travel to the continent, William Reed Business Media has recently published a list of 50 of the best restaurants in all of Asia for 2021, and it has us hoping to one day be able to travel again. And we thought 2020 was bad…
The list was reportedly voted on by 300 industry leaders from across the continent, including writers and critics to chefs and other highly regarded figures. This year’s winner is the Hong Kong-based The Chairman, an elite Cantonese restaurant with pretty pricey lunch and dinner options. They put their “thoughts into each and every dish so that they exhibit the unique taste of The Chairman.”
Other restaurants to claim places in the top five include Singapore’s Odette, Tokyo’s Den, and two Bangkok-based restaurants, Le Du and Gaggan Anand.
