With a sturdy construction and plenty of features to love, you’d probably guess these men’s boost weigh a metric ton. Luckily, that’s not the case with the Novak. The truth is, these boots are rather lightweight compared to many others on the market.
Even with their non-clunky weight, they still manage to offer an incredible amount of comfort. A shock-absorbing compression molded EVA footbed makes every step forward and enjoyable one. Add in the spacious toe box and wave mesh lining and you’ll never want to take these boots off your feet.
No matter the terrain, a Vibram Montana rubber lug outside ensures the ultimate in confidence when it comes to acquiring a sturdy grip. The first time you take a look at the bottom of these boots I can ensure you are going to be impressed. Where it be deep snow, ice, rocky grounds or loose dirt or mud, the depth and pattern of the outsole are as close to perfect as it gets.
These boots really do mean business. Aside from the benefits of having traction when you need it the most, the Wolverine Novak boots also feature the added safety of a Composite-Toe rated ASTM F2413-11 M I/75 C/75 EH.

Of course, while other boots leave you with a soaking wet sock from all the moisture build-up, the Novak’s don’t. Even with all the added insulated these boots still remain breathable and constantly move all the unwanted moisture outwards.
Add in a Goodyear Welt construction and you’ve got what I consider to be one of the ultimate men’s hunting boots out there. While the leather construction is beautiful and what I consider to be extremely durable, Wolverine has won my heart with their triple and double stitching. When the temperatures drop and I’m headed outdoors, you can bet I will be reaching for my pair of Novaks year after year.
