When it comes to why I enjoy wearing the Quarry boot while working, it’s hard to know where to start. Truth be told, there’s just so many things I love about them.
Most notably, Danner has done exceptionally well when it comes to the overall construction. You’ll find triple stitching, a Danner Wedge outsole, 100% waterproof and breathable Gore-tex liner, and full-grain leather upper. Of course, there’s also a single, solid midsole to help the Quarry work boot stand the test of time.
For protection while on the job site, each boot is oil and slip resistant for traction when you need it the most. You’ll also find electric hazard protection with non-conductive electrical shock resistant soles and heels. Wedge outsoles keep debris where it belongs, on the ground and not the bottom of your boots. An alloy toe tops it all off.
In terms of comfort, an Ortholite footbed makes working in these boots feel like paradise. Interior padding makes the foot, ankle and lower leg securely cozy while still allowing for plenty of dynamic movement.
